
6 years ago, I was at my absolute rock bottom.
Fresh out of a breakup.
30+ kilos overweight.
Carrying nothing but anger and resentment.
I tried to numb it all with alcohol and drugs.
And for a while… it felt easier to run from it than face it.
But that path was only taking me further from the person I wanted to be.
The gym became my lifeline.
I didn’t just lose 30+ kilos — I rebuilt myself from the ground up.
And when the strength came back, so did my life.
I went from hating my reflection…
To building muscle, confidence, and a career helping others do the same.
Now I guide 25–35 year olds who feel stuck, frustrated, and desperate for change…
To finally lose fat, build strength, and love what they see in the mirror.
I took my coaching fully online so I could help more people — not just the ones who lived close enough to train face-to-face.
